Watertightness and dust-tightness are particularly important for wire harnesses in hybrid and electric vehicles and wherever electronics are widely used. Sealing the connections to mating components is just as important as sealing the harness itself.

To achieve this, we have introduced a full range of overmoulded connectors. In addition to providing watertightness and dust-tightness, this solution ensures secure connections and substantially greater durability and reliability than conventional designs.

What matters when selecting an overmoulded connector?

The starting points are the connector geometry, mating component, wire and operating conditions. Sealing must be assessed for the complete connection, including the connector and its mating interface.

What information should I prepare?
